Senior Business Analyst (MRP, Inventory) is in charge of driving the implementation strategies for the Inventory and MRP solutions in ARRIVAL.
The role is instrumental in developing, integrating, and implementing efficient MRP workflows that mirror our strategic goals. The MRP team is a central facilitator in defining functional requirements, supporting and coordinating other teams in ensuring a smooth Inventory and MRP implementation, and assisting with the training and go-live process.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, validate, and document business requirements, solutions, and processesDevelop the to-be business processes and data flows to be used within Inventory and MRP domainsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders and evaluate how system changes affect workflow, data, and reportingCollect and analyze user stories with low-level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, including but not limited to system testing, performance testing, capacity monitoring, performance monitoring, and system/availability monitoringProvide analysis and support for major/critical live issues and incidents, working closely with other support teams towards a speedy resolutionDocument, validate, and manage changes during implementationCoordinate and work closely with functional leads and the development team to translate requirements into functional capabilities and technical solutions. Train super users on new functionalityExecute workshops with stakeholders and teams, run fit/gap analysis, gather requirements into the best outcome solutionsExpertise:
Advanced knowledge and expert understanding in logistics, inventory, and overall MRP-related areas; extensive knowledge of Inventory Accounting and Manufacturing processes are preferred.Demonstrated excellent, in-depth, and hands-on knowledge of Inventory/ERP/MRP software and processes such as SAP/Oracle/Microsoft systems. Understanding of the complexities of multi-currency, multi-site, and multi-organizational implementations.Some software engineering background is required Implementation consultancy experience is a big plusCommunication skills and sound command of English Analytical and measurement skills with the ability to understand customer dataAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAttention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approachAbility to travel internationally 30-40%
