Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, validate, and document baseline solutions and processes and enable the transformation to the target solutions and processes mitigating the risk of change.
  • Develop the ideal workflows for business processes and data flows to be used within Finance and HR systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting.
  • Collect and analyze user stories with low-level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, including but not limited to system testing, performance testing, capacity monitoring, performance monitoring, and system/availability monitoring.
  • Provide analysis and support for major/critical live issues and incidents, working closely with other support teams towards a speedy resolution.
  • Comprehensive documentation, validation, and management of changes during implementation.
  • Coordinate and work closely with functional leads and the development team to translate requirements into functional capabilities and technical solutions. 
  • Train super users on new functionality.
  • Execute workshops with stakeholders and teams, run fit/gap analysis, gathering requirements into the best outcome solutions.
  • Expertise:

  • Expert skills in ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft).
  • Extensive experience in end-2-end software/ERP systems implementation projects
  • Project Management and Consulting background
  • Excellent communication and supervising skills from a technical to business perspective.
  • Hands-on configuration, testing, documentation skills.
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Experience in integration of Payroll/Expense, Inventory, Revenue Recognition to Finance
  • CIMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is a nice-to-have.
  • Advanced knowledge and expert understanding of Financial and Management accounting in multi-ledger, multi-currency and multi-company environments, IFRS/GAAP experience will be an asset.
  • Excellent, in-depth, and hands-on knowledge of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Contract to Hire, Asset Accounting, Consolidation processes such as SAP/Oracle/Microsoft systems.
