Scrum Master (all genders)

Your mission:

•    Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
•    Coaching teams on agile methods and best practices
•    Identifying and removing impediments
•    Promoting a culture of open feedback and improvement
•    Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization
•    Facilitating transformation and optimization initiatives
•    Promoting transparency through appropriate metrics and reporting
•    Supporting cross-team collaboration and the scaling of agile processe

Your profile:

•    Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development organizations 
•    In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies 
•    Excellent communication and facilitation skills 
•    Experience in conflict management and coaching teams 
•    Experience working with international and distributed teams
