You are an accomplished food scientist, with experience developing consumer product prototypes and processes, to help deliver functional ingredients to the food, beverage and supplement industry.  You have been involved in key product development and commercialization activities, at the bench, pilot, and commercial scale, for ingredient use in consumer products such as supplement (tablets, caplets, gummies, powders) and food & beverage (Snacks, bars, cereals, functional beverages, etc) prototypes ; and you have conducted/coordinated sensory analyses. You will help develop in-depth understanding of the functional performance and bioavailability of these micronutrients using/developing novel processes.  Ultimately, your work will result in compelling, differentiated ingredients, and on-trend consumer product prototypes, that support and accelerate our selling efforts and engagement with customers.

As a lab based company, where in person collaboration is key to drive innovation, we encourage all team members to be in our office most days each week.
