Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Warranty Scheduling Analyst for the Service Organization. This role will provide analytical and scheduling support to the Warranty Team with a focus on proactively identifying scheduling windows for addressing service initiatives.  An ideal candidate will be highly organized and data driven, with automotive service and/or warranty experience. The final hire will be responsible for recommending service schedules and supply needs to operation leaders throughout the service organization.
This is a contract position for a 6 month minimum duration. Remote work is a possibility for candidates who demonstrate agile learning and ability to communicate while working remotely.

The role:

  • Aggregate details and work orders on individual VINs from a variety of sources
  • Develop systems to organize and track work orders
  • Determine optimal service location based on capacity, geography, and scope of work.
  • Audit parts inventory and service center workload to create service completion timeline
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to recommend schedule for service
  • Update VIN tracking information
  • Assemble and distribute reports to management related to VIN processing
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience data analytics and reporting
  • 3+ years in automotive service industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge in MS Excel and Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Automotive warranty process a plus
