The SAP Supply Chain PP/QM Analyst is primarily responsible for implementing SAP S/4HANA for the PP and QM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with a comprehensive understanding of SAP MES, PLM integrations, and master data management. This individual will be proficient in aligning business processes with project implementation requirements. The candidate will leverage their analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to deliver effective solutions and provide ongoing support to end users. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures, and standards.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $162,000 to $204,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:
Responsible for the functional design, configuration, and validation of the SAP PP/QM solution to support end-to-end supply chain operations in an engineer-to-order environment Leading the integration of S/4 with MES in collaboration with the Manufacturing team Managing Master Data Management (MDM) enhancements, with a primary focus on Material Master views, PP, QM, Procurement, and EWM master dataTaking the lead on QM-related topics, extending beyond SAP S/4 to other external QMS initiatives like Trackwise or ETQIn addition to PP/QM, the candidate should be adept at addressing EWM/MM issues related to receiving and providing onsite support at Bay Area factoriesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experienceFull lifecycle SAP implementation experience, with expertise in PP and QM modulesStrong understanding of Master Data and integration points within the PP/QM/PLM areaExperience with SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management, with SAP EWM integration being highly desirableSolid functional and technical expertise in PP and QM modules, particularly with MES integrationIn-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, business processes, operational procedures, and the interrelationships between PP and QM modules in a manufacturing environmentBonus Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on PP and QM modulesPrior experience in the Manufacturing or Automotive industry is highly preferredProven experience in defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, conducting testing, training, and implementing business solutions under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with end-users, management, external consultants, and vendors
