As a Supply Chain Business Lead for the Implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will lead the implementation of SAP IBP solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your deep expertise in supply chain management and SAP solutions to drive successful project execution. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and strategic thinking to align our supply chain operations with the company's objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. SAP IBP Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP).

 

2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

 

3. Solution Design: Translate business requirements into SAP IBP solutions, creating detailed design specifications, process maps, and system configuration plans.

 

4. Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that project milestones are met, and risks are effectively managed.

 

5. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization. Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for end-users.

 

6. Integration and Data Management: Work closely with IT teams to integrate SAP IBP with existing ERP systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

 

7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing phase, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly.

 

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the supply chain function.

 

9. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.

 

10. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP users, addressing any issues, and optimizing system performance.
