We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager  to help lead the growth of Lucid’s Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for the leading a large team of SFDC Admins, developers and 3rd party resources to help build elegant solutions in our Salesforce instance. You will join the Retail and Commerce Systems IT team and collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions within the system.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales, marketing, CPQ and customer service systems, has proven success in building and delivering various capabilities in Salesforce and has the desire to be a thought-leader on a quickly growing team.

Position Summary:

The Salesforce CRM Manager will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving our institutional end users. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. This individual will also be responsible for point and click administration and configuration of key systems.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $165,000 - $236,500

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users and product managers during the project initiation phase: setting project and feature backlog priorities and defining scope.
  • Work closely with product managers and develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and end user training
  • End to end project management of small to mid-sized projects.
  • Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus.
  • Be the first-line manager working closely with the engineers and helping them for any assistance.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a salesforce leader with techno-functional hands-on experience and management of salesforce admins & developers and 3rd party resources.
  • 6+ years of experience in configuration, development and delivery of large scale Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers.
  • Previously responsible for mission critical systems (ex: ERP, CRM, CMS etc.)
  • Previous experience leading a team in a SCRUM or agile environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality to ensure scalability.
