Build and administer SPAN’s Salesforce system, creating the right balance of speed, scalability, and simplicity
Build out and enhance existing sales processes for our B2B2C and Direct-to-consumer sales team members
Architect data structures for simple, intuitive, and actionable reporting in concert with our Sales Analyst
Collaborate with the sales team to determine enhancements and improvements as needed
Develop new functionality as SPAN expands into new channels and launches new products
Create integrations with other software systems within Span as well as implement new ones
Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, upgrading and configuring where necessary. Manage roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups and integrated apps and software
Coordinate sales and operations processes with our operations analyst and specialists
3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Have been an admin at 2+ companies and can thoughtfully make recommendations on how to architect a Salesforce instance for SPAN’s growing suite of products
Familiarity with Salesforce Apex development, building Lightning applications is a plus
Have built Salesforce instances for both B2B2C and Direct to Consumer companies
Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Bachelors degree, preferably in computer science or similar
Experience at a startup or high-growth company
Driven, positive attitude, and get-it-done mentality
Experience in clean energy or contractor focused businesses
Experience with building systems for 2-step distribution, especially in the construction industry
