What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a hard-working, highly motivated Sales Operations Associate to join the Enterprise team, which focuses on our software line, Arc. This individual will primarily focus on supporting our go-to-market strategies & sales enablement initiatives, which includes the maintenance of our CRM as well as updating and maintaining our sales assets library. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers, where the Sales Operations Associate will introduce our company and product set by leading introductory webinars and product demos. This individual will be working closely with our Solution Consultants, as well as Product and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and self motivated.

This role can be based in Washington, D.C., New York, or remote, and will report to the Solution Consultant Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Receive and promptly respond to prospect queries that come in through various inbound channels including but not limited to website, contact us forms, and support tickets
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tool with notes on prospect and customer interactions and report on sales activity
  • Proactively look for ways to improve the CRM and lead process to improve sales efficiency
  • Maintain sales communication collateral and other sales enablement resources in the content library
  • Document customer issues and aim to resolutions, involving peers when needed
  • Apply a complete and detailed understanding of the Arc product portfolio including new features and key benefits, and be able to share your knowledge with prospects and customers
  • Host regular webinars demonstrating our products to prospects, lead pre and post event communications with prospects
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Find opportunities for improvement and innovation within role through cross-team communication with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams

What will help you succeed:

Must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator/sales operations role
  • Systems knowledge: Salesforce (or similar CRM) knowledge strongly preferred
  • Fast Learner: you adapt and go
  • Intellectually Curious: You are eager to learn about energy, APIs, and how technology can redefine the fossil fuel monopoly
  • People person & team oriented: you enjoy collaborating with team members, and, welcome the opportunity to interact with anyone
  • Technologically savvy: You are able multi-task with various tools - for example: Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • You thrive and deliver in a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales Environment
  • Background in the Energy and/or Utilities Industry
  • Experience with Proven Understanding of APIs, in either a professional or educational context
