Reports To

Senior Manager, Sales Operations Europe, Sales Operations

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide assistance with requests, training and onboarding new sales and refresher training for existing sales
  • Support the business by identifying, analysing and cleaning data requests aimed to improve quality and help drive better business decisions 
  • Help with compiling sales data and guides to the sales and channel department.
  • Help create, design and maintain a good structure around channel rebate management and channel partner database
  • Support with the review of existing contracts, analysis and update of database in Salesforce
  • Ensure management of contracts and contract pricing within Salesforce for customers and partners
  • Act as main point of contact for contract management related issues and queries
  • Work together with the Sales Operations Manager and cross functional teams to plan, coordinate and control activities around user acceptance testing in regard to key business projects
  • Responsible to document and maintain detailed test cases/scripts that are aligned with user and business needs
  • Full test lifecycle oversight, organizing functional and end-to-end testing for instance feedback and continuous integration
  • Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, customers, partners and cross functional teams such as finance & accounting, product management, operations and logistics.
  • Present ideas and recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve sales and sales operations processes
  • Act as a backup to other sales operations team members as needed
  • Support other sales efforts as assigned

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Experience in administration and high-volume business work may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Proven analytics skills, including evaluation, and visualization.
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
  • Experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and CPQ) and NetSuite (big plus)
  • Knowledge in Salesforce testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in NetSuite is a big plus
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in related field
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Additional language skills such as French, German or Italian are a plus

    • Written communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information 
    • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
    • Technical - the individual must be an experienced user of Salesforce (Salesforce Tester skills are required) and strong Excel knowledge. 
    • Integrity – Must be above reproach and exemplify a high standard of character in all interactions 
    • Confidence – Must present self in a humble yet capable manner and tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure
