As a Sales Associate specializing in Delivery, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from order placement to vehicle delivery. Your focus will be on providing outstanding communication, sales, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $26 per hour + Commission

End-to-End Customer Journey: Oversee the customer experience from initial order to final vehicle delivery. Assist customers with financial arrangements, compile necessary documentation, and coordinate the scheduling of their Lucid vehicle delivery.
Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to meticulously document each customer’s journey, capturing essential details such as inbound and outbound activity, payment preferences, documentation, and delivery specifications.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Lucid by articulating our technological, design, and quality advantages over competitors. Present current sales campaigns to benefit the customer’s purchasing decision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cohesively with other delivery functions, service teams, and Lucid Financial Services to streamline vehicle and financial preparations in line with customer schedules.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a dynamic customer pipeline, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Delivery Day Onboarding: Guide customers through the key features and functions of their new Lucid vehicle during the delivery day.
Continuous Improvement: Show a commitment to refining and adapting your approach to continuously enhance the customer experience, using feedback and customer delivery outcomes as guideposts.
Team Contribution: Act as a critical contributor to Lucid's sales goals and success.

Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a DMV Salesperson License. Willingness to travel for on-boarding and training. Proficiency in English; knowledge of a secondary language is a plus. Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and retail business systems user experience a plus. Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like twisting, bending, squatting, and reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer deliveries in person and virtually.
