ABOUT THIS POSITION
Location: Hybrid - Arlington, VA
Fluence is seeking a Safety Data Program Coordinator to be a critical contributor to the success of safety programs and BOTO (Business Operations and Transformation Office) by providing expertise and data analysis for the Global Safety Team.
This team member will be assisting Global Safety with various tasks such as:
•Analysis various databases to identify gaps and improvement potential.
•Perform Project Data Gathering and Analysis and development of tools.
•Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, and SA 8000)
•Deliver training for users of the Fluence LMS and various Safety platforms.
•Develops various training curriculum as needed to support policy or stakeholders.
•Work Closely with the Program Solutions Manager on various data tasks.
•Explore opportunities for continuous improvement with regards data measurements.
•Participate in Various Tiger Teams as needed for growth and transition.
•Provide managers with reporting metrics, and periodic data check statuses.
•Assist Manager in developing opportunities for safety data analysis.
•Development of strategic plans for managing the project comparative- analysis database/program.
•Work with manager to communicate between team members about evolving requirements for data where needed.
•Work closely with Manager on root cause analysis investigation reports
•Assist Manager with Internal Audits/ Reviews
•Work with teams on CAPAs and metrics

What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
