The Tech Operations team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Einride’s autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As a Remote Operator at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.

Safely operate Einride’s autonomous electric truck for customer and R&D operationsRemain alert and attentive while monitoring Einride’s autonomous electric truck during autonomy.Perform checks to ensure Einride’s autonomous electric truck is safe to operateLog feedback regarding platform performance to deliver to engineersTroubleshoot and escalate system issues and operational blockersProvide input and work together with tech and product teams designing and improving the Einride remote interface and operating procedures.Maintain knowledge of Einride’s autonomous system.Utilize project/issue tracking tools (Jira, Fleetio, or similar).Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience driving commercial trucksCurrent, non-expired CDL license (class A)Clean driving record with 0 violation pointsMeets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the Remote Operator will be working.Is at least 21 years of ageExperience with technical troubleshooting or willingness to learn quickly.Safety focused mindset. Experience working with autonomous trucks or commercial heavy duty fleetsExperience as truck driver trainer/instructor Experience in operations, technology, or automotive
