ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as an Agile Coach and Release Coordinator. This role combines the responsibilities of guiding teams in Agile practices and managing the end-to-end release process of products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases efficiently.

As a Release Coordinator and Agile Coach, you will work with some of the smartest people in the industry to deliver market-leading energy storage products and services and digital applications for renewables and storage that enable the global clean energy transition.

Coach an amazing group of hardware and software developers in self-management, collaboration, and value delivery

Choose the right Agile tools and frameworks for the right conditions and apply them to lead a positive, productive, and efficient team

Support Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management

 Work closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to plan and schedule product releases

Manage Release timelines ensuring that release activities are well-coordinated and completed on time.

Partner with quality assurance teams to define and implement testing strategies, ensuring the quality of product releases.

Coordinate with Product/Program Managers to help oversee the deployment of product releases into production environments, working to minimize disruptions and downtime.

Monitor post-release performance, gather user feedback, and collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues in the process promptly.

Certification and knowledge of Agile methods, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Kanban-EXP, SAFe, etc.

1-2 years experience in implementing a variety of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and choosing the right framework for given organizational goals, structures, and conditions
