As the Regional Procurement Lead with expertise in SAP HANA/S4 ERP implementation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the procurement processes within your region. Your primary objective is to lead the successful implementation of SAP HANA/S4 ERP for procurement, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global procurement strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SAP HANA/S4 Procurement Implementation:
· Lead the regional implementation of SAP HANA/S4 ERP for procurement, working closely with the global project team.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define regional procurement requirements and configure SAP HANA/S4 accordingly.
2. Procurement Strategy:
· Develop and execute regional procurement strategies that leverage SAP HANA/S4 capabilities to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
· Ensure alignment of regional strategies with the global procurement vision.
3. Process Optimization:
· Streamline regional procurement processes through SAP HANA/S4 implementation, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
· Standardize procurement practices across the region where applicable.
4. Supplier Management:
· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the SAP HANA/S4 procurement platform.
· Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to support regional procurement objectives.
5. Change Management:
· Lead change management efforts related to SAP HANA/S4 implementation within the regional procurement team, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
· Provide training and support to regional procurement staff to maximize system utilization.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Utilize SAP HANA/S4 data analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor procurement performance, and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Cost Management:
· Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives within regional procurement operations, closely monitoring procurement costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
8. Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure regional procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks within the region.
9. Team Leadership:
· Lead and manage the regional procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
· 7 – 10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in SAP HANA/S4 ERP implementation.
· Proven track record of successful procurement process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
· Strong leadership and change management skills.
· Proficiency in using SAP HANA/S4 or similar ERP systems for procurement.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
