Are you technically skilled with a keen eye for detail? As a Quality Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure our finished products meet quality standards, you perform inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products.
• You conduct functional tests and quality checks during and after production.
• You monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• You identify and report deviations from quality standards.
• Assist in investigating the root cause of defects and implementing corrective actions.
• You maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and defects.
• To achieve quality goals, you collaborate with production and engineering teams .

Requirements

• You have basic technical skills and experience in a similar quality function
• Reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances, is a big plus
• To quickly identify quality issues, you have a keen eye for detail and a critical mindset
• You have proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• You can express yourself fluently in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
• You have general PC skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You make independent decisions, including halting production in case of non-conformities.
