We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support our Retail and Commerce Systems team within IT. The role will work with internal IT teams and partner with vendors, Sales, Service, Retail, Legal, Finance/Accounting, and Tax on specific project assignment, manage budget, headcount planning and analysis, and build project management processes and templates to improve product operations. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. You will be deep in our teams' delivery data, operating models, process documentation, budget, and KPIs to run the business' day to day. In addition, you will support strategic planning and investments, as well as continuous improvement across our day-to-day execution.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets (HW, SW, Professional Services) across the Retail and Commerce Systems team
  • Partner with Global Supply Managers and Legal team for all purchasing and procurement processes that include supplier business case reviews, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Work, and purchase orders. You will manage vendor relationships
  • Work with HR team to manage the onboarding and offboarding requests for contractors on the team
  • Headcount management including forecasting for headcount and managing this against a budget
  • Facilitate the concept commit process on program requests, including intake, discovery, review, and approval, in partnership with Product Management team and Business PMO
  • Support the management of program portfolios
  • Manage the end-to-end program management lifecycle, create project plans, manage issues and risks, and track action items
  • Qualifications:

  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstration of excellence in process improvement
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Experience with budgeting, procurement, vendor management and headcount planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information.  Works well with various teams
  • Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution
  • Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or business-related field (business, finance, economics, IT systems etc.)
