What You Will Be Doing
The Process Excellence Project Manager will drive operational excellence with the services organisation, cross-functional teams and business applications in the EU region. The main goal is to improve and maintain efficient and profitable operations that also produce the highest quality of products and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals. This includes acting as project manager for the business side of the initiative and work closely with the business application project manager
- Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects.
- Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.
- Provide support and guidance to team when needed.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.
- Optimise or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
- Train resources in process improvement techniques.
- Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics.
- Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.
- Assist in determining project scope and schedule based on business needs and customer requirements.
- Evaluating, in detail, a current operation from start to finish
- Analysing this information to find areas of waste, duplication, and frequent errors
- Developing a plan to implement changes
- Monitoring the results of the changes to ensure they are working
- Making continuous improvements and adjustments to maintain efficient operations
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions, and finding answers that work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 + years’ experience in a process improvement capacity with increasing responsibilities
- Proven track record of driving results in both back-office case-management and change management for employees.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, problem solving, conflict management, planning, and delegating
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, familiar with Salesforce, CRM, and case management systems. Jira and confluence experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to project manage international and cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Experience in the Electric Vehicle industry preferred
- Ability for travel up to 25%
