We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage activities within the thermal systems group. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. The Role:

  • Support the engineering team during various phases of product development.
  • Generate sourcing documents, coordinate with engineering and supply chain to source thermal components.
  • Coordinate system and sub-system level development activities to align with overall vehicle program.
  • Arrange for prototype parts and help with testing activities in the lab and prototype vehicles.
  • Facilitate delivery of parts to the factory to enable timely launch of products.
  • Address factory build and field issues through a well-coordinated action plan.
  • Keep the team informed of all program times and drive them to complete all tasks on time.
  • Qualifications:

  • Understanding of thermal systems for automotive or similar products.
  • Experience in supporting development activities on a timeline basis.
  • Experience with coordinating commodity sourcing, design release, prototype build, testing and development, product launch activities.
  • Preferred:

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Tendency for attention to details.
  • Ownership mentality.
  • 3 to 8 years project management experience
  • Education:

  • BS in engineering discipline
