What You Will Be Doing

• Write & share meeting minutes
• Keep track of stakeholders (third-systems providers & customer) actions
• Bi-weekly project committee preparation
• Create document templates for tests plan & results
• Adapt project planning along the way
• Create and follow up on Jira tasks towards Chargepoint developers
• Extra responsibilities may be defined on request

Requirements

• Independent and autonomous work
• Professional interaction with customers
• Experience in IT support or similar activities is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Windows and Project Management tools (Asana, Jira)
• Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
• Friendly and communicative appearance
