Lucid is currently seeking a Project Engineer to support the construction of new and existing manufacturing facilities.

You Will:

  • Arrange and facilitate regular meetings with clients to support Facility Senior Director and Project Managers. 
  • Perform delegates tasks from leadership and team members to ensure efficient completion of the project.
  • Maintain budgets, track against baseline, and analyze variances. Make budget adjustments according to needs as they arise.
  • Read and understand Engineering drawings, engineering specifications, lease and construction contracts.
  • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
  • Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Creates and distributes presentations and meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
  • Facilitates and documents weekly Leadership team meetings/decisions in meeting notes and dashboards.
  • Assist Leadership with monthly PO review and tracking, billings, and invoice questions.
  • Create and organize team shared drive filing structure.
  • Update organization chart as required.
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 
  • 2+ years experence.
  • Firm understanding of complex mathematical concepts.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement.
  • Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets.
  • Organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
