The Project Delivery Planner South Europe will be responsible for applying scheduling management independently and primarily in many varying and complex situations.
Preparing and maintaining integrated schedules of project and/or programme activities and events, considering of dependencies and available resources.
As a Planner your primary responsibility will be to create project programs and manage the program ensuring that projects are kept on track by producing reports and using project management tools to keep all other teams involved in the project on track.
Keeping the project aligned with manufacturing, sub suppliers and internal resource schedules.
You will be involved in multiple projects as they come onstream with overall development opportunities in line with the company’s continued growth.
In addition to the scheduling responsibility, you will drive initiatives for lessons learned and performance improvements in your area.
You will also be involved in supporting Sales with schedules for future contracts. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing industry and market leading organisation.
You will report to the Project Manager in terms of project delivery and to the Project Director in terms of business priorities, workload, business improvement and personal development.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment/business sector with full project lifecycle experience from bid phase to close out. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering/project/construction management or a related field Professional Qualification.
