WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Highly skilled Internal Project and Risk Auditor with extensive experience in managing and auditing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. Proficient in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards. Adept at conducting thorough internal audits, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. He or she will play a critical role in ensuring that our Projects follow Region’s Project Delivery processes and are delivered within standards, policies, and regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support Regional Operations Improvement Lead in standardizing Project Audit Process.

· Conduct internal audits for BESS projects to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards.

· Review and evaluate project management processes, quality controls, health & safety procedures, and environmental sustainability measures.

· Develop and implement internal audit plans, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

· Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective execution of risk management strategies and continuous improvement processes.

· Prepare detailed audit reports, including non-conformance issues, corrective actions, and audit follow-ups.

· Work with TQM team in ensuring Projects in Region are prepared for ISO Audit and other local/regulatory audit.

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

· 3-5 years' experience in BESS/Construction Project Audits

· Project Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

· Risk Assessment Tools

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications

· Proficient knowledge of business intelligence software

· Strong analytical & problem-solving skillset (investigative / lean / six sigma preferrable)

· Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.

· Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

· Certified ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor

· Certified ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· A collaborative spirit in working across teams and functions.

· Works in a manner consistent with Fluence’s values.
