The Indirect Procurement team at Zoox is responsible for creating a seamless and cost-effective travel and expense experience that reflects our commitment to innovation and operational excellence. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our travel programs and our events support, ensuring our policies, software solutions, and supplier partnerships deliver maximum value to the entire Zoox crew. This role will be responsible for program management of operations infrastructure deployment projects and supporting our autonomous navigation within deployed infrastructure sites. In this role, you will track the progress and support the enablement of our operations infrastructure sites, which perform functions such as vehicle charging, data offload, maintenance and repair, and other services that will support the robotaxi fleet after and before missions. You will work with our hardware, software, and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment of operations infrastructure. A program manager who can operate independently and possesses expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a hardware manufacturing or infrastructure environment is highly desired.

In this role, you will :
Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on operations infrastructure program status, issues/risks, and accomplishmentsRepresent infrastructure teams in the cross-functional process of enabling autonomous driving at Zoox locationsConsolidate all new sites, construction projects, and work tickets into one program for organized delivery and reporting of on-site drivingBridge the gap between software, safety, product, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive site planningDefine a new infrastructure enablement process suited to scale for many sites in many citiesBuild decision-making into new sites that accounts for operational costs, vehicle requirements, and software featuresEnsure problems are transparent and risks are identified and proactively ensure that risk mitigating actions are ongoing within relevant cross-functional teamsTrack the completion of important items for key decisions to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, environmental studies, or equivalent5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience in a program management or management consulting roleDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectivesOpen-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solveAbility to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholdersTechnical abilities around organizing and analyzing data, including expertise with using Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite Bonus Qualifications
Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space MBA or a Masters degree in engineering, or equivalentExperience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
