What You Will Be Doing

The Program Manager, NPI. will lead and own end-to-end successful NPI program execution, including product lifecycle management - ensuring on-time delivery and aligned execution against the agreed plan.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, balancing technical and operational complexities, and translating ambiguous scope into actionable tasks. 

• Drive program schedules and product readiness activities identifying and mitigating risks proactively. 

• Manage escalations, escalate issues when necessary, and facilitate effective communication strategies across all stakeholders. 

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional activities and serve as the primary lead and contact for the global NPI program for all internal and external stakeholders. 

• Identify operational and process improvement opportunities across internal and external workflows, implementing best practices. 

• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. 

• Do what you say you’ll do and hold others accountable. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience Program Management, Project Management, or other relevant experience. 

• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional NPI programs and customer programs. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead without direct authority. 

• Highly detail oriented and able to keep activities on track. 

• Capable of creating a clear and detailed action plan from ambiguous objectives. 

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, prioritize effectively, and deliver results. 

• Technical background or familiarity with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and quality processes. 

• Based in the United Kingdom.
