The Sales organization at Lucid is currently seeking a Program Manager, Fleet Sales Operations to assist the Head of Fleet Sales with overall fleet sales strategy. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of successfully liaising with fleet partners and fleet customers. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude, and approaches work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection.

 The Role

  • Assists in the planning, budgeting, and managing of all fleet sales operations activities from order to delivery of fleet vehicles
  • Manage all operational process with rental and fleet management companies from order to delivery, including financial operations, licensing and titling, and transactional operations
  • Communicates externally on status updates, logistical information, and internally on fleet partners updates
  • Ensures smooth internal and external communication on outbound and reverse logistics processes
  • Partners cross functionally with teams to enhance internal interfaces to effectively manage fleet accounts, contracts, and inventory
  • Provides guidance to digital teams to create a streamlined, cost effective and streamlined customer experience for every fleet customer
  • Manages communication with operation teams of B2B accounts, finding optimal configurations from inventory, and process order builds.
  • Ordering vehicles through non-bulk fashion and assignment of VINs to delivery objects.
  • Collaborates with internal teams including sales planning, manufacturing, finance, marketing, remarketing, legal, and executives
  • Works with senior leadership to set business growth goals and targets to achieve vehicle sales plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, post Graduate degree a plus
  • 8-10+ years of sales operations experience, including 4+ years of experience managing managers and teams
  • Ideal candidate will have worked at an OEM in fleet sales operations, and/or a Fleet Management Company, rental car/subscription service or similar and manage vehicle acquisition
  • Strong sales, financial, and negotiation acumen
  • High degree of problem-solving skills and decision-making capability 
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Passionate advocate of putting our customers at the heart of the work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
