Senior Manager, Customer Delivery, Product Operations

What You Will Be Doing

Become part of the excitement, join the Charge Point team as we build the future. As Program Manager, Customer Delivery, you will have a core role in our product delivery and roll-out to new and existing customer. This role is both externally facing working directly with some of our most important customers as well as internally facing working closely together with Product and Engineering to deliver what we have sold.

In this role, you will:

  • Create the structures and framework that will set us up for successful customer delivery of new products – from contract phase to final delivery
  • Be the feedback loop from customers and sales to our product teams to support prioritization and focus on the right topics and make sure expectations are always aligned across the board
  • Work closely together with Sales and Partnership managers to management and align customer expectations to new and ongoing product deliverables
  • Make sure our functional teams; marketing, sales, support and operations are involved timely ready with the information and processes required to support new products
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to get buy-in, align and understand needs and requirements and sell the program internally
  • Report and escalate risks and customer health status to relevant parties and follow up to ensure that these are being tackled in a timely manner based on criticality
  • Work in the Atlassian ecosystem to structure and present and maintain information and data in an easily digestible format

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Interdisciplinary studies, or similar
  • 5-10 years demonstrated program and project management having successfully delivered multiple, complex projects
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy and organizational enablement
  • Experience with customer relationship management during complex project deliveries
  • Experience with running projects in Jira and collaborating with Product and Engineering from a program management perspective
  • Ability to remain flexible and thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $85,000 to $151,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
