As a member of the CFS Supply Chain Team you will be responsible for assisting in meeting company objectives by keeping the production line flowing with inventory and material movement. You will be responsible for ensuring orderly and safe distribution of inventory and tooling around CFS properties and buildings while maintaining inventory integrity.

This team member will:
Obey all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors whiles maintaining a clean work environmentReceive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriatelyPick and verify kitsComplete physical inventories, cycles counts, random or receipt audits and reconciliationsProvide inventory control reports as requiredResearch and correct inventory discrepancies and perform adjustments where neededIdentify, document and quarantine any damaged productsAssist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materialsEnsure compliance with CFS Hazardous Material storage plansComplete incoming inspection of components with the CFS Quality Assurance and Quality Control teamMaintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS production needsMaintain physical condition of all staging areas and ensure safety protocols are observedReceive oversized incoming shipments, verify purchase order information, identify non-conforming or damaged parts and stock items appropriatelyObey and enforce CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean work environmentAbility to operate various material handling and powered equipment and obtain a DOT LicenseThe ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience: 5+ Years combined experience in warehousing, Inventory Control or Shipping & ReceivingStrong communication and listening skillsInventory & warehousing operational knowledgeAdditional experience and/or qualifications:
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemExperience in start-up or high growth environmentManufacturing/shop floor environment experienceAbility to be crane certifiedAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsPerform activities such as stopping, typing, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, operating scissor lifts and operating a crane for extended periods of timeWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionallyDedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics#LI-Onsite
