About the company:

Crusoe exists to bring energy to ideas. We are the pioneers of clean computing infrastructure that reduces both the costs and the environmental impact of the world’s expanding digital economy. By unlocking stranded sources of energy to power cloud and data center services, we are creating the climate-aligned future of compute-intensive innovation that reduces rather than adds to emissions. The world’s appetite for computation, energy, and progress will never stop growing. Crusoe is here to bring energy to ideas in ways that are aligned with the needs of our climate.

Cruose's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About This Role:

Crusoe is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in the heart of our production process. You will be responsible for managing the administrative flow of materials and documentation, ensuring our manufacturing operations run seamlessly. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to create and release production orders, review technical drawings, and coordinate the movement of materials between departments. The ideal candidate has a strong knack for organization, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to solve problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Production Order Management: Create and manage production orders within our internal systems to support manufacturing schedules and ensure materials are ready for production.

  • Document and Drawing Control: Review engineering drawings and other technical documentation, ensuring all files are accurate and properly formatted for use on the production floor.

  • Process Development: Create and modify standard work documents to improve consistency and efficiency across all production activities.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate the release of drawings and materials as they move between engineering, production, and other departments.

  • Team Support: Provide essential administrative support to the manufacturing team, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative, coordination, or support role within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Skills & Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Technical Proficiency: The ability to review technical drawings and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.

  • Safety-Sensitive Designation: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using an ERP system (e.g., Infor Visual, Acumatica) to manage production orders.

  • Experience in a modular building, electrical enclosure, or sheet metal fabrication environment.

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay

  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company

  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents

  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary

  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule

  • Cell phone reimbursement

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Subscription to the Calm app

  • MetLife Legal

  • Company paid commuter benefit; $200 per month

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $26 - $37/hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
