Product Manager Cloud Applications (all genders)

Your mission:

• You develop new products and features for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements as well as business cases.
• As Product Manager & Product Owner, you take responsibility for two agile development teams and drive product development from prioritization to release.
• You gather, analyze and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with Product Managers, Designers and our development team.
• You use market and customer data, KPIs and user feedback to support data-driven product decisions.
• You work closely with our global sales team and customers worldwide to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into concrete product requirements.
• You develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Marketing and other departments to successfully position new products and features.
• You monitor the performance of your products and features and prepare monthly reports on key metrics.
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality.

Your profile:

• More than 3 years of experience in product management for SaaS applications.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Development or a comparable field.
• Experience in data-driven product prioritization using KPIs, metrics and user feedback.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry, along with technical knowledge of monitoring and control solutions in the energy sector.
• Experience in requirements management for LLM-powered applications and agentic platforms.
• Knowledge of data management, APIs, database structures, and login and user management systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies in software development.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
  

The following skills are a plus:

• Basic financial knowledge, particularly in modeling financial flows.
• Experience with user management in Keycloak.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Industry knowledge in BESS, EV chargers and VPPs.
