We're on a mission to make businesses climate aware and help accelerate their transition to net zero. Pledge was founded in 2021 by early employees of Revolut and the co-founder of Freetrade.
You will be integral to developing and designing new and existing products which help us achieve our mission. You'll work in close collaboration with the founders, designers, product managers, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Pledge works with B2B customers across a range of sectors including logistics, travel, e-commerce and fintech amongst others. The role will entail building a deep understanding of our business and our customers’ needs in order to build products that people will love to use and will contribute to the success of the business and the mission.
What you'll be doing
- You’ll be working across multiple products or product features for our customers and our internal admin portals.
- You’ll be evolving our design systems and working with design best practices
- You’ll be interacting directly with product and engineering
What you'll need
- 2 to 5+ years of experience as a product designer with skills ranging from UX design to high fidelity UI design, including prototyping.
- You have strong visual and interaction design skills. Regardless of the scale of the project, you aim to deliver high-quality to your end-user
- Experience working in a cross-functional product team, ideally building B2B SaaS products
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of industry best practices and tools (e.g. WCAG accessibility, Figma, Miro)
