We are seeking a senior product designer with proven experience designing industrial-grade modern web applications to work with our customers and team to build and scale our platform.

• Experienced product designer that can quickly understand our existing product, and transition to leading the design, feel, and flows of product improvements based on customer feedback and needs

• Team-player that will collaborate with our product and founding teams to translate (and improve) our proven renewables diligence, execution, and data tools 
• Self-starter that can take direction from product team and create numerous viable designs to test with early customers 
• Client-centric attitude, with an unsatisfiable desire to create the best possible experience for the end-user  
• Scrappy, open-minded, entrepreneurial thinker who can guide product decisions in a resource-limited environment and understand the benefits and trade-offs of the many different solutions available for a given problem 

What You’ll Do – Immediate 

• Learn renewable energy development and execution process by working with Euclid’s team and customers that are actively executing on over 1GW of renewable energy projects 
• Work with customers and Euclid team to understand most important user needs and workflows to improve on existing product 
• Design, from sketches through high-fidelity mock-ups, improvements to Euclid platform 
• Aid in the translating and redesign of existing third-party hosted tools into Euclid’s application 

What You’ll Do – Long Term 

• Lead design of new features beyond Euclid’s core platform based on significant demand from existing customers 
• Work with product and founding team to prioritize, design, and iterate products that will delight renewable energy developers and investors 
• Drive design and brand vision across Euclid’s company, including marketing material, website, and other collateral 

Required Skills and Experience 

• 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in the software space (web-based enterprise software preferred) 
• Excellent at communicating design decisions and processes regardless of the audience – non-technical founders, PMs, engineers, other designers, etc  
• Ability to understand UX and design trade-offs and clearly communicate those to product decision makers 
• Excellent skills in product design tools (Figma preferred, but Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. okay as well) 
• Understanding of real customer problems and led research—to test, inform, and validate product / design thinking

The starting base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $175,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits.
