Liaison between Technology and Elements for the Technical Delivery of the Core Components within Arrival.
Programme Management of the handover from Technology to the Elements team to support the external serial production of Core Components.
Highlight risks and push for containment plans with clear owners/deadlines for each.
Ensure data clarity on revisions and effectivity of each version into build.
Confirm containment plans for any items that are late to build.
Document and manage root cause analysis - late to release, late order.
Run weekly approval/pre-approval meetings to ensure detail/diligence correct on:
•  Supplier bid lists/scope 
•  Contracts
•  Quotes/cost analysis 
•  Risk and ops
•  Legislation
•  DVP clarifications/Certifications worldwide etc
•  SQA quality audits
•  Timing plans, kick off dates, accountability
Risk Management:
•  General/specific crisis management - key issues, internal or external - point of escalation and co-ordination
•  Supply chain mapping
•  Supply chain feedback questionnaires
•  Supply chain relationship/performance management
Launch Readiness Management:
•  APQP tracking and control
•  Tracking and control of design, releases, orders, timing, kick off's, DFMEA, DVP to GCL's and thereby suppliers
