What success will look like for you, as a Procurement Business Architect?

As a Procurement Business Architect, you will be responsible for defining & implementing the digital strategy for our Procurement & Supply Chain Team's tools & processes. This is a newly-created role and an exciting opportunity to join Vertical at a pivotal moment in our journey and a real chance to leave your mark on the future of electric aviation.

This will involve implementing new digital tools, driving operational improvements & collaboration, performance monitoring & reporting, and exceptional stakeholder management.

You will be collaborate most closely with the IT team, but will working with stakeholders across the organisation to drive our digital manufacturing operations. The role will require utilising a highly analytical, data-driven approach & strong interpersonal / communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will report directly to the Head of Procurement, and be a key member of the Procurement & Supply Chain team, supporting the continued development of our in-house expertise, specialist knowledge and capabilities.

What would we like you to bring.

We want you to be successful in your role, in order to achieve this, you will need to have proven experience with digital manufacturing operations, with a focus on implementing AI or Digital Twin technologies. Additionally, you will need a strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management, as well as good working knowledge of project management . Ideally, you will have gained this experience within aerospace or a highly-regulated, safety-critical manufacturing industry.
