ABOUT THE POSITION
As the PLM (Windchill)/Construction Project Management or CPM Tool (EcoSys) Administrator you will be responsible for :
With 5-10 Years of experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining the PLM toolset (Windchill) and all interfaces with the PLM Toolset (CAD, JAMA, ERP, etc.), ensuring that these critical systems are continually operational and implement updates and improvements to increase productivity.
Creating custom spreadsheets and reports using EcoSys utilizing SQL and VBA. Work with the EcoSys team to assist with maintenance, updates and system patches as required.
Prefer that the administrator can support US East Coast hours at least 50% of the day.
This role is also open for potential candidates in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
For PTC (Windchill)
Responsible for maintaining the PLM Toolset (PTC Windchill) Part/BOM administration Documents administration Workflows and validations Integrations Access controls SPOC for anyone in the engineering, manufacturing, and services, and design for windchill related queries SPOC for external partners Supplier/vendors for windchill related queries (support requests, license renewal, etc.) Maintaining training guides, license usage, and connectivity (SSO, etc.) Testing for patch updates or major upgrades in Fluence environment Road mapping and future proofing system and data for business requirements Apply monthly and break fix updates, and gate keep changes to PLM.
For CPM Tool (EcoSys)
Ability to create custom spreadsheets and reports using SQL and VBA Experience working in Engineering, Mannufacturing or Construction industry Assist with system maintenance, updates and required patches as needed What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
