The ADAS team is currently seeking a manager to be responsible for design and develop software. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of successfully supporting the delivery of new automotive ADAS and AD vehicle software into production. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Your Role:

  • Lead team of engineers to design, develop, integrate and validate software for ADAS/AD safety critical features
  • Define the SW architecture and interfaces for ADAS and AD features
  • Coordinate resource allocation such as network bandwidth, memory and compute on the target hardware
  • Drive development, integration and validation of high quality software in timely manner
  • Mentor team members
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with software development lifecycle, reliability/validation tools and protocols
  • Proficiency in C++ and C software development
  • 1+ years of experience working with automotive-grade sensors and embedded platforms
  • At least 2 years oof experience in the fields of automotive sensing, computer vision, sensor fusion, or machine learning
  • Familiarity/Experience with Linux, QNX and/or AUTOSAR
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and SQA processes
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable safety standards for typical 
  • ADAS features (e.g., ASPICE, ISO26262, Euro NCAP, MISRA, AUTOSAR)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Advantageous:

  •  2+ years of experience working with highly technical teams for OEM or Tier-1 in areas related to ADAS/AV, or Autonomous Driving company
  • Hardware and Software Product Launch Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex electromechanical systems
  • Knowledge of different computing platform
  • Knowledge of deploying machine models into real world environments
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, etc)
  • Proficiency with agile development tools and environments
  • Educational Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Higher degree strongly preferred
