The People Services Coordinator will bring a passion to create World Class onboarding experience and employee experience and will drive continuous process improvement.  This position will work closely with the Global People Services team and local People Services team.
 

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $33-$45 am hour
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

You Will:

  • Provide HR administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
  • Provide pre-boarding preparation, and onboarding support and provide a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and records as required.
  • Processes various, manually, or electronically, related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Assist in New Hire Orientation and provides positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Assisting with researching and providing information related to company policies, training, and other human resource programs.
  • I9 verification, I9 re-verification, I9 Audit, and correcting errors with onsite onboarding support.
  • Deliver a variety of HR support and guidance by providing appropriate guidance, and assistance through the HR Helpdesk (Jira).
  • Assist and monitor compliance training for new hires and employees. Partner with the LMS team on compliance training requests or requirements. Running reports from the LMS to ensure training completion.
  • Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement toward Operational Excellence. 
  • Assist in New Hire Swags maintenance
  • Provide HR support to the human resources function in all areas.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field desired.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator.
  • Excellent Excel skills as well as proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills is a must. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Focus on employee data accuracy and integrity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels
  • Knowledge of supporting multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, learning and development, stock administration, immigration, staffing, HRIS, and reporting
  • Excellent process skills, documentation, and in-depth analytical skills – innovative problem solver, able to be resilient under pressure.
