The People Services Coordinator will bring a passion to create World Class onboarding experience and employee experience and will drive continuous process improvement. This position will work closely with the Global People Services team and local People Services team.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $33-$45 am hour

You Will: Provide HR administrative support to the human resources function in all areas. Partner with the LMS team on compliance training requests or requirements. You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field desired.2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator.Excellent Excel skills as well as proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills is a must. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
