We are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking People Partner who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We are a business entering a high growth period and you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture. Serving as a strategic People Partner to Directors and Leadership teams focusing on achieving key business objectives.

As a People Partner you will have an interest in manufacturing operations and/or aviation and ideally worked in a "start-up" or "high- growth" business environment. And with this you will display curiosity, resilience and excellent relationship building skills. You'll be tenacious with a practical attitude to delivery excellence with an Executive focus. Leading by example with strong interpersonal skills.
