The People Operations team is looking for an intern to support our mission at Form Energy. The People Operations team provides the resources, guidance and support all employees need to excel. A successful individual in this role will assist in key activities and projects that will define the trajectory of People Operations and will play a helpful role in the building and scaling of the function. This role is flexible to incorporate the interests of the intern, but will focus on ‘special projects’ that will include the rollout of a new HR information system, event planning, employee relations, and other exciting potential projects.
