People Analytics Specialist

Lilium is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Data and Analytics professional to join their dynamic and growing People function. This role’s core purpose will be to produce informative analytics that “tell the story” of the data being presented, so the business can make informed decisions at pace. Along with that, the role will be responsible for establishing data integrity controls and processes and collaborating with the wider People team to diagnose issue and improve data quality. This role will also be the owner of the People team’s governance reporting, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, Year End/ Non-Financial Reporting etc. This is a new role within the People team and is a great opportunity for the right individual to create insights and drive our People function forward.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Review and distribute modern data analytics in accessible formats to various sectors detailing HR/Reward/Payroll information – To tell the story pictorially that drive customer decision making
• Develop, produce, automate and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual people metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards in order to help influence and drive strategy within the business
• Ensure ‘master data’ within all system is validated with the highest level of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality is maintained
• Work independently with internal stakeholders to determine their reporting needs.
• Performs re-occurring and ad-hoc analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, leveraging HR and other business relevant data to perform workforce analysis and measurements.
• Reconcile and produce period end and 3^rd Party reports (i.e Statutory reporting for HR and Payroll)
• Be point of contact for all reporting related queries – Be confident in explaining metrics
• Drive the People functions preparation and completion of year end tasks, e.g., non-financial reporting such as ESG and Gender Pay Gap, plus SOX reporting and compliance

The Person /Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles with similar requirements including:
  • Experience of creating reporting solutions to complex tasks
  • Experience of compliance/governance reporting for a listed business e.g Annual Reports, Gender Pay Gap etc
• Excellent technical knowledge of people systems and reporting tools (Workday reporting advantageous)
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Concern for deadline and quality requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on the customer
• Collaborative approach, can do attitude and a Team player
• Influencing skills and engagement with differing client groups
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to switch from technical to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure
• Excellent command of the English language
