We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage, maintain and improve payroll operations for Arrival's growing business.

The Role responsibilities include:
Deliver quality and timely service to employees as the first point of contact for Arrival UK team with regard to payroll, benefit and compensation queriesGuide and advise company leadership team on new ways of creating meaningful benefits packages in the UK and across our other locationsMaintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidentialLead our HR system (Bamboo) integration with Moorepay and other global payroll systemsContinuously improve our payroll process and the information provided to employees, through developing accessible content that drives automation of employee queries.Act as data controller through maintaining and improving our salary, benefit and bonus system recording and data collectionWork closely with Finance team and external auditing where required, preparing regular audits and reportsWork closely with the Talent Experience team to manage onboarding and data collection for new joiners and leavers, focusing on accuracy and experienceResolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informationResponsible for inputting of payroll data into the payroll system as well as working on the design of compensation packages and policies aligned with Arrivals strategy
