About the company:

WeaveGrid works with utilities and electric vehicle (EV) owners to enable and accelerate the electrification of transportation.

Using machine learning, optimization, and predictive analytics, our software solution solves several EV-grid integration challenges for utilities in a systems-oriented manner; helps integrate renewable energy resources on the grid; and saves utility customers money on their bills.

Our vision is to drive the rapid decarbonization of the transportation and electric networks by intelligently connecting EVs to the grid.

About the role

In this role, you will support the Vehicle Integrations team in maximizing joint success factors with our growing base of ecosystem partners. You will have primary responsibility for the ongoing success of a subset of automotive or charging services partners, and will be the face and voice of WeaveGrid across broad and deep relationships at partner organizations. You must be comfortable understanding the core commercial, technical, and legal elements of these partnerships, and coordinate a constellation of internal and external stakeholders across these topics as they arise.

Core Responsibilities

    • Provide partner training and support
    • Appropriately escalate questions and issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing programs
    • Serve as the voice of the partner internally and clearly articulate partner priorities to internal teams
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive and EV charging sectors
    • Manage partner expectations with regards to features, products, and services
    • Coordinate internal and external teams to roll out new features and offerings
  • Plan for the future of partnerships
    • Engage partners to build joint growth roadmaps
    • Develop and leverage partner case studies
    • Support business development activities

About you

To meet the needs of this role, you will bring

  • Demonstrated track record of empathy, individual initiative, a spirit of inquiry, and solutions-orientation
  • Experience managing large enterprise customers and/or partners and building ongoing business relationships with a clear focus on highest impact opportunities
  • Experience with at least one of the following areas: automotive sector, utilities sector, consumer or industrial IOT, enterprise SaaS implementation, technical or management consulting
  • A knack for prioritization and excellent project management skills - including building project plans, identifying critical paths, and managing a diverse set of stakeholders over whom you may not have direct influence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to produce professional, externally-facing deliverables
  • Proficiency in modern software tools (GSuite, MS Office, Atlassian, Figma, CRMs, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and ability to function effectively under time pressure
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and translate between various areas of expertise
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks in response to immediate needs, including transparently communicating constraints and tradeoffs

Qualifications
