This role requires an expert technician skilled in various application methods (HVLP, Airless, Powder Gun) who can efficiently mix solutions, monitor curing, and execute final finishing, all while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Your leadership and attention to detail are vital to ensuring painting projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality specifications. This is a full-time position.

  • Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: When issues arise during painting projects (e.g., adhesion problems, color discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions), you are responsible for identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including work orders, material usage, and labor hours. You will also prepare reports on project progress, quality, and any issues encountered during the process. Controls Hazardous waste documents.

  • Training and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on training to painting crews, helping them develop their skills, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for skills development.

  • Detail and Organization: Strong organizational/follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for quality control.
