CFS is looking for an HR Business Partner that will form close working relationships with key functions, support employees, and drive talent strategy. This individual will be working to support functions located our California office location in Milpitas.

5+ years of experienceProven ability to help leaders meet business objectives Proven ability to coach leaders through company growth and changes Impeccable ethics and discretion Strong communication skillsAbility to comfortably navigate uncertainty and develop creative solutions to issuesSPHR or SHRM-SCP certification a plusAbility to be on site at our Milpitas, CA office location 2-3 days a weekAdditional experience and/or qualifications:
