Operations Intern

What You’ll Do:

• On-site support for Battery Manufacturing and Controls engineers on the Battery Pack Pilot Manufacturing Lines
• Assist in process development of novel processes,data analysis, equipment development/fixture design, authoring working instructions, operator training and specification development for purchased equipment  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations and other engineering teams
• Engage actively in problem-solving efforts, offering innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they come up

What You Need:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to engineering, manufacturing, computer science or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going in to your Senior year
• Familiarization with CAD (Preferably Siemens NX and AutoCAD), GD&T, JMP/Minitab, object-oriented programming (basic familiarity of any language) 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to commit to a 10 week internship

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
