We're looking for an Operations Analyst with a passion for renewable energy, customer service, technology and the mission to decarbonise the energy sector.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

What you'll do

Data-driven insight: You will provide analytical, data-driven insight to support decision making

Understand underlying drivers of performance: You will design, manage and build trusted data related reports provided to key stakeholders

Analytical rigour: Structure and process data to identify opportunity areas and outliers, and visualise the analysis in a digestible manner

Influencing to action: Interpret findings in a way that enables the business to make informed decisions and supports / influences new ways of thinking

Project management and execution: Build structured reporting formats and overall robust process to enable the collection of robust data from field based teams

Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise the value of our data and analytics capabilities.

What you'll need

Experience working cross-functionally

SQL, Excel (can perform complex functions)

Proven experience of data analysis in an analytical, strategic or commercial role
