You'll work with external and internal partners to ensure that Lucid employees work have the best resources available to do their jobs, food/beverage, and everything else necessary to create an awesome environment. A people person with high emotional intelligence and strong organizational skills. Perform set-ups for meetings or conferences, stocking consumable supplies, and general building maintenance.  You will also provide support to security and Environmental Health & Safety, as needed. As the Office Facilities Coordinator, you will use your organizational, customer-focused approach to interface with all levels of Lucid Motors demonstrating a ‘How can I help’ demeanor. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter individual as well as and well as a team player.  Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.

The Role:

  • Aligning with HR for new hires 
  • Knowledge into what will make the office better and making sure we are all stocked up
  • Cross function with HR and IT for new hires 
  • A good eye for maintenance and someone that can take decisions and better the space 
  • Organize events for teams 
  • Securing budgets for Office supplies, events, and food and drink. 
  • Responsible for employee refreshments, coffee services and micro-markets 
  • Responsible for Lobby Ambassadors  
  • Daily interaction and correspondence with employees and high-level executive team 
  • Communicate with management about any work that requires outside vendor assistance 
  • Schedule work and coordinate payments with outside contractors/vendors 
  • Work order duties (change lightbulbs, planning and moving office equipment, etc.) 
  • Analyze work order data and identify trends to improve efficiency 
  • Moving of equipment, desks, workstations, etc. as needed 
  • Contribute to the development of a budget and ensure compliance 
  • Responsible for managing projects as assigned including employee and special events 
  • Participate in company Safety Committee meeting 
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school degree or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 2 plus years of facilities management/office  
  • Must have excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) 
  • Professional management of one's own time and attendance to meet the needs of the customer 
  • Comfortable with multiple computer programs such as Outlook, MS Office, Excel 
  • The ability to lift 15-20 pounds 
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment 
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions 
  • Fluent in English and German language.
