Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop innovative solutions to vehicle noise and health issues
  • Perform vehicle repairs and part changes to support NVH and vehicle health investigations
  • Work side-by-side with engineering staff to conduct vehicle testing and development
  • Manage and maintain NVH + Reliability Diagnostics fleet of engineering development vehicles, workshop, instrumentation, and tools
  • Support in-depth, comprehensive, vehicle test activities with engineering staff
  • Help develop and build innovative, industry-leading products

Qualifications:

  • Passion for building an amazing product
  • Motivated, self-starter, positive attitude, excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in working on a unique team with diverse technical backgrounds to provide a great user experience for noise and to create a ground-breaking vehicle application for vehicle health
  • Automotive Technology degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience working in automotive repair
  • Excellent knowledge of all areas of electric vehicle architecture
  • Knowledge of and ability to root cause and correct vehicle NVH error states
  • Excellent ability to support multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in learning NVH instrumentation and measurement methodologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with respect to prototype vehicle hardware
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
