What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is looking for a for a NetSuite Financials, Solution Architect to share responsibility for working with Finance and other functional business teams to define automation solutions, then design and deliver solutions in NetSuite that meet the needs Finance and other related organizations. 

This role will have the responsibility to oversee and work closely with other members of Business Application's team, including offshore development and support.  This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has experience in working effectively with and providing world-class service to internal and external customers.    This is a hands-on role, and will require strong experience and knowledge of the NetSuite platform and the Agile/scrum methodologies.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong communication skills, interaction with clients, users, management, and developers
• Conduct research, gather information, interpret data, and then create a solution
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Manage analysis, design, programming, testing and deployment of software codes
• Communicate effectively through writing and be able to create flowcharts and diagrams
• Coach, mentor and Influence development team; sharing skills and expertise and leading by example
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Proficiency with Agile related project management tools (such as Jira)
• Time spent in a NetSuite Functional and/or Technical role

Requirements

• BS Computer Science (or equivalent) degree is required
• 4-5 years experience as an Analyst and Project Manager 
• Broad and extensive knowledge of NetSuite Financials
• Proficient in Suite Scripts, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow and development of complex Save Searches in NetSuite
• A demonstrated ability to work with groups of people at all levels of the company to forge agreement to systems requirements and priorities
• Ability to maintain Suitelet, RESTlet, User Event, Scheduled, Client, Portlet and other NetSuite specific scripts Certification in one or more NetSuite administration courses
• Familiarity with business processes and a demonstrated ability to express business needs as application requirements
• Experience with core components and architecture of ERP, CRM systems including SalesForce.com
• Proven experience in project management and delivering complex solutions on time and on budget
• Strong client-facing skills: business networking, consulting, partnering, and influencing
• Strong verbal and written communication / presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management
• Demonstrated ability to document applications clearly and in terms easy for business users to grasp
• Experience working with Finance, understanding Financial and Accounting concepts

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $140,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
